Special children must always be considered special. One day, while I was on a bus to my office, I saw a deaf and dumb kid with his mother. He was dressed in a green uniform that belongs to one of the famous schools in our city. He must be in his 3rd or 4th grade. He was playing with a small leaf in his hands with which he was trying to distract his mother. But, his mother looked sad and desperate.
